There’s no denying the power and appeal of funded scholarship programmes, both for the students who are lucky enough to qualify and the institutions that are fortunate enough to receive them.
Having the right contacts with funding organisations and government departments is critical, but finding the right people within them can often be a challenge. This is an audience which is in perpetually high demand and as such, is extraordinarily difficult to reach.
Summits that connect you with the most important scholarship organisations in the world
For these reasons, BMI has developed three prestigious events (held in London,Abu Dhabi and Bogota) for scholarship providers to meet and select international partner institutions to receive their funded students.
Unlike any other event in the international education industry, BMI’s Scholarship Summits draw in the heads of the largest scholarship programmes in the world, including national and departmental government programmes, national and private corporations, as well as universities and vocational scholarship providers.
Watch our videos for a quick overview of how these luxurious, high-level networking events connect institutions with this coveted audience – either at the Global Scholarship Summit with more than 70 funding organisations in attendance, or at a regional summit for a geographic focus.
A VIP audience
BMI is proud to connect you with an elite audience of organisations that send or fund significant numbers of individuals for overseas study or training each year.
The Global Scholarship Summit attracts over 70 scholarship providers from around the world to London every April as scholarship organisations and institutions meet to discuss large scale training projects that may be delivered in country or abroad.
On a regional level, over 50 scholarship providers from across the Gulf will gather in Abu Dhabi this October for the Gulf Scholarship Summit, which is part of a series of events known as International Education Week UAE, with the Summit acting as the grand finale to cap-off the week’s government-supported events. Meanwhile, scholarship organisations from the Caribbean, North, Central and South America will converge on Bogota, Colombia for the BMI Americas Scholarship Summit this November.
At each event, you’ll be able to pre-arrange private meetings with scholarship providers that best match your institution and the programmes you offer. You also be treated to an extensive programme of luxurious networking functions such as lunches, coffee breaks, a cocktail reception, and a Gala Dinner – all of which provide the perfect atmosphere to foster long lasting partnerships.
