Bringing the world together to create scholarship and training partnerships.

Special online private video meeting edition.

BMI Global Scholarship Summit: Direct access like no other

BMI is proud to connect you with an elite audience that is in high demand but is often difficult to reach.

Since 2017 the heads of over 70 international scholarship organisations and private training programmes have gathered to meet institutions from around the world and decide which ones will receive their students and train their staff. This is an annual event to discuss high-level issues and strengthen relationships with existing partners.

In light of the global COVID-19 pandemic, the need for dialogue between these two groups is more critical than ever. Following the demand from all stakeholders, the 2020 BMI Global Scholarship Summit & Symposium will move to an online private video meeting platform to ensure the lines of communication between Scholarship organisations and institutions remain open and productive.

The event will be further enhanced by the inclusion of plenary sessions and panel discussions that will address important issues that affect the flow and management of scholarship students and the programmes that support them.

Private video conversations with the heads of the world's most important outbound scholarship programmes

This is your opportunity to conduct high-level, private meetings with organisations that send or fund significant numbers of individuals for overseas study or training each year.

Prior to the event, you’ll be able to select and arrange meetings with the scholarship organisations that best match your institution and the programmes you offer.

You’ll receive detailed information on all attending scholarship delegates such as:

  • Number of scholarships awarded annually;
  • Subjects of interest and training requirements;
  • Preferred destination countries.

Meetings will be conducted online from your office or home using the Marcom E-Schedule Pro and Zoom video conferencing for a seamless experience.  You will have the ability to make up to 18 appointments of 30 minutes each with scholarship and training organisations from around the world over a three day period.

To manage time zones efficiently, each day will feature a different regional scholarship focus to ensure that we keep the event open and accessible in the most reasonable and workable hours possible for all parties.
