Digital Event Project Manager

Opportunity for an experienced professional to work in an international business environment and manage several international education related events in a fast-paced event environment where they will be managing multiple projects and customers. To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in the B2C or B2B events industry working on large scale events and/or conferences, with hands-on experience of managing a marketing and operations team, backed up by strong customer service and attention to detail.

We’re looking for a great team player who can communicate clearly, effectively, and passionately so that everyone is aligned on each project – making sure everyone has a clear brief of what’s expected from them.

You’ll be ambitious, driven and excited about coming up with a creative approach to each project and a detailed plan for delivering the best event every time whilst helping the company to grow.

You will be expected to plan, manage and deliver pre-production and production of virtual and hybrid events. As part of our amazing events team, you will work directly with a team of Event specialists, Marketing, Design and Digital teams to ensure successful and on-time delivery.

Important Information / Requirements

Key attributes we are looking for include:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in event organisation.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • A Digital native who has experience in using collaborative team management systems such as Trello, Slack, WordPress and webinar/virtual event management systems would be highly desirable.
  • Organised, committed, responsible, detail-oriented, and very self-disciplined.
  • Ability to travel overseas if required.
  • Experience in the international education sector is an advantage but not essential.
  • Right to work in the UK.

We offer a balance of office and Home-working. You will be based in the UK head office in Edgware, Middlesex HA8 7EJ (last stop Northern line)
