BMI is the world leader in student recruitment events and is expanding its portfolio of international events in Asia, The Middle East, Brazil, and Latin America, hence an exciting position has been opened for B2B Marketing Coordinator. BMI will operate over 124 in-person and virtual recruitment B2C and B2B events.

As a B2B Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting BMI’s growth and success. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive leads and sales for our B2B events. You will also be responsible for managing multiple projects, stakeholder relationships, and social media.

B2B Marketing Coordinator

Your key tasks will include:


  • Social Media savvy: creating and posting industry-relevant content across social media LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X Threads 
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager in the strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of compelling internal and external marketing materials, including sales collateral.
  • Facilitate the coordination and organisation of marketing events, such as conferences and webinars.
  • Provide support for website updates (WordPress), ensuring content is current and relevant.
  • Ensure website reporting and optimisation including monitoring traffic to, and conversion on the website, including sources, conversions and page visit
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to coordinate and execute various marketing activities.
  • Evaluate campaign efficiency and analyse trends by collecting and interpreting key metrics data.
  • Develop visually appealing graphics, presentations, and imagery adhering to brand guidelines, utilising tools such as Canva.
  • Act as the brand guardian, ensuring consistency and integrity across all marketing initiatives.
  • Answer social media queries (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, WhatsApp).
  • Organise post-events assets (Photos, videos, testimonials).


Role Requirements:

  • Experience in an internal B2B marketing role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship skills.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Fast learner with an attitude for adapting techniques based on requirements.
  • Availability to work 2/3 days a week in the office, with increased presence during the first 3 months on-boarding and during intense periods such as event seasons, occasionally requiring 3 days.
  • Willingness to engage in occasional overseas travel to B2B events and BMI events.

Contract Type: Permanent – Full Time

Hybrid / London (up to 3 days in the office)

Salary: £30,000 – 35,000
