BMI is growing and as part of our expansion we’re looking to hire Sales Support Executives, to support our market-leading sales team communicate with educational institutions around the world. No two days are the same at BMI and that’s why we’re looking for people capable of working with multiple teams, on simultaneous projects, with various goals.

A typical day might involve some of the following:

Responsibilities:

• Help create sales emails to be sent to universities
• Manage inbound enquiries from educational institutions heading to our events
• Create reports on our CRM to track when inbound leads are converted
• Create client appointments for our Sales Managers who might be located in different countries
• Complete New Supplier details
• Manage and send events calendars to various senior-level external stakeholders and clients
• Help with preparing sales collateral for our student fairs, events, and conferences
• Proofread and edit recruitment adverts for our education partners
• Use LinkedIn to research and contact relevant universities around the world

Skills and experience:

• Excellent communication skills in English– both written and spoken
• Ability to work with and manage multiple stakeholders
• Ability to drive and deliver projects to tight deadlines
• Ability to work autonomously, without supervision and as part of a team
• Spanish & Portuguese language skills at a professional level would be useful but not essential
• Computer literate
• Able to travel overseas for business (if required)
• Strong attention to detail
• An understanding of Higher Education and an interest in foreign cultures with an international outlook
• Ambition & creativity
• Degree educated would be a bonus

Contract Type: Permanent – Full Time

Hybrid / London (up to 3 days in the office)

Salary: £30,000 – 35,000
