BMI invites participants from only the best private, bilingual and international schools in Colombia, so you can be sure to meet prospective partners who can send you gifted students with the academic chops and financial wealth to enable them to study overseas. All participating high schools have been selected due to the high numbers of students who advance to post-secondary studies abroad after graduation.

Participating private high schools come from a range of profiles including:

• International schools teaching an American, British, French or German curriculum.
• Secondary schools preparing students for GCSCs or A levels.
• K-12 schools following the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme.
• Private elite Colombian schools.
• Private Catholic and other religion-affiliated schools.

Our Bogotá-based outreach team have long standing relationships with high performing secondary schools across the country. Using our local knowledge, we engage with principals and counsellors to invite them to the Forum and explain how meeting with international higher education partners will help them work with parents and counsel students on the next stages of their academic journey.

High school counsellors are also drawn to the BMI Colombia International Schools Forum & Workshop because they can participate in professional development seminars covering key issues such as academic testing, how to improve the counselling process, and navigating various visa procedures.
