Digital Event Coordinator
Opportunity to work in an international business environment and manage several student related events in a fast-paced event environment managing multiple projects and customers. To succeed in this role, you will need strong customer service skills, love digital and attention to detail. Some experience in producing and organizing events would be an advantage but not essential.
We’re looking for a great team player, who can communicate clearly, effectively, and passionately so that all team members are aligned on each project. You’ll be ambitious and excited about coming up with a creative approach to each project and adding input for delivering it. You will want to deliver the best event every time whilst helping the company to grow.
You will receive full training in planning, co-ordinating and delivering pre-production and production of live events, virtual events, and hybrid events. As part of our crucial events team, you will work directly with an Event Director, Design and Digital teams to ensure successful and on-time delivery of each event.
The role covers working on a range of digital events organized by BMI as well as other custom events produced for our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for any one who wants a careers in digital events and marketing.
Key attributes we are looking for include:
Strong written and spoken English.
Digital native who is comfortable with all social media platforms.
Robust skills in using Microsoft Office/G-Suite especially Word and Excel programs.
Organised, committed, responsible, attention to detail and self-disciplined.
Able to travel overseas when required.
Must have UK work rights.
